Convention Rental Process

* If reserving online, select your rental period below. Enter Friday August 25th - Friday September 1st, then select your rental equipment. Be sure to enter your hotel information on the address line. Call (704)-765-3216 for manual reservation.

* All rentals for the convention will be delivered on Thursday August 24th to your hotel. Pickup will be Friday September 1st. $45 Delivery Fee per order.

* Rentals will be delivered to the hotel front desk. We are unable to deliver to specific rooms.
